Welcome to Samira Originé. The words we, us and our refer to Samira Originé. By visiting our website and buying from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Our products

We sell hair and nail care products for personal use. We describe our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, packaging or formulation can occur. Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, please patch test first and stop use if any irritation occurs.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We may correct pricing errors and can refuse or cancel any order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we confirm your order before it ships.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and Whish transfer to 70696601. For Whish payments, please send us the transfer screenshot so we can confirm your order.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery is a flat $3, and free on orders over $30. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Returns and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a monthly subscription, you will be billed automatically each month. Your subscription runs for a minimum of two months, which is two consecutive monthly orders. After your second month you can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, images and text, belongs to Samira Originé and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Always follow the usage instructions provided with each product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
