Our promise

We want you to love your Samira Originé products. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.

Hygiene and opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived faulty.

Cash on delivery

Because you pay on delivery, please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, you can refuse it at the door.
